Area 12 / Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This policy describes how information is handled when you visit the AREA 12 website. The site is a static landing page: it has no account, signup form, or payment feature.
1. Information handled by this site
The site does not ask you to submit personal information and does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. It does not store a profile or account about visitors.
When the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare may process basic technical request information—such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time—to deliver and protect the service. That infrastructure processing is handled by Cloudflare under its own policies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
2. If you visit Discord
The homepage’s community button takes you to Discord. If you follow it, Discord may process account, device, and usage information under its own terms and privacy practices. Messages or profile information you choose to share in the community may be visible to its moderators and other members, depending on the channel and your settings.
AREA 12 does not control Discord’s systems. Review Discord’s privacy information and settings for details about its processing and how to manage your Discord account.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use browser local storage. Your browser or hosting provider may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver and secure web traffic.
4. How information is used and shared
AREA 12 does not sell personal information. The site itself receives no form submissions or account details. Technical request data may be handled by the hosting provider for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Information you provide directly to Discord is handled under Discord’s policies.
5. Retention and security
Because the site has no account or submission feature, AREA 12 does not maintain a visitor profile or a database of form submissions. Hosting and community providers set their own retention and security practices for information they process. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. For a request about the AREA 12 website, contact the team through its official community channels. For information held by Discord or Cloudflare, contact that provider directly.
7. Children
The website has no feature for creating an account or submitting personal information. The linked Discord service has its own age requirements; please review and follow them before joining.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or its services change. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version was published.
